After ASCAP’S general meeting, our group had made discussion about our first assignment, which is Organizational Behaviours.
Yasmien: Hey! Come here right now. It’s already 11 o’clock. We had to discuss about our assignment now.
After half an hour, all the team members come to the MPP’s meeting room to discuss.
Nashriq: Relax bro! Night is still young. This is a very simple assignment and even I can do it alone.
Haziman: Don’t be so individualistic. Actually we should portrayed collectivism spirit.
Rubiatul: Had you read about the article given by Miss Fisha just now?
Anira: Ouh. I had read a lot about the article. Its s bit difficult to understand.
Yasmien: Yeah, i read a bit too. I noticed a clear considerable statement that can relate to Hofstede’s Model which is weak uncertainty avoidance in this article.
Amin: Yeah, i attracted to story about Jan Meng, a writer’s son, when he met dentist to polish his teeth, he was given a lot of choices like strawberry, chocolate, mint and many more.
Haziman: If i were in Jan Meng’s position, i would prefer to polish my teeth with banana flavour. Yummy! hahaha
Nashriq: Actually, the choices system can be related to weak uncertainty avoidance because we can see a lot of competition among different brands to serve for the best.

Amin: The coupon culture also been applied at our hostel’s dining. We can see that over the semester, some of the students throw away the coupon easily because the coupon image invaluable after being used.
